Refunds, Exchanges & Returns
Section 21- CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
Our products are normally made to order and we are unable to amend, add to or change your order once placed. If you need to cancel your order, this must be done before 5pm on the day of placement and by telephone only. After this timeline, orders will go in to production but can be returned within 14 days of receipt, for a refund. To cancel please call us.
SECTION 22- RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we do not offer a refund or exchange.
It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require your order number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, where applicable.
Any item not in its original condition, which is damaged or missing parts for some reason, not due to our error, may not qualify for a refund, at our discretion.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery won't be accepted for refunds or inspection and will be returned to the customer/sender.
SECTION 23- REFUNDS
Once THE return is received and inspected, we will send an email notifying that the returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then THE refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, normally this can take up to 3 working days.
Late or missing refunds.
If there is a delay in receiving the refund, first check with your bank, and then contact your credit card company, it can take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If after that you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us to trace the reason and make sure you are fully reimbursed
SECTION 24- Exchanges.
We only replace items if they are defected or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com with a photograph of THE damage or defect for us to assess and agree.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping for returning an item unless it IS damaged or faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the value of the item is over € 20, a trackable shipping service is recommended, or otherwise purchasing shipping insurance, to ensure that we receive your returned item.
